What Healthy means to Allyson:
For me healthy means being active along with healthy eating habits. We have a whole foods mentality here at the My Wild Crazy Life Home. We eat plenty of grass fed meat, organic free-range eggs, fresh organic vegetables, fruits, and we even eat desserts about once a week or every two weeks now. I try to incorporate whole wheat, whole fats, and fresh organic fruit in as many of the desserts we enjoy.
